Confident Aquila review and inputs.
Q: Hi Folks, I am planning to book a 3 bhk in Confident Aquila this week. Over all this area is quite remote and just 2 km from Sarjapur village and is also under BMRDA. As per my understanding, properties under BMRDA do not appreciate as much as the ones under BBMP. Over all I needed some inputs on whether this can be a good investment from future rental point of view. Do let me know your inputs, I am unable to find any reviews online.

Hi Sandeep, I am also planning to book 3 BHK in Aquila. But I am bit confused abt the price. Any idea about what should be the best price in this location. I mean the per sq feet price considering the location, builder name and consutruction quality of the project. Would appreciate your response and suggestion.
