It takes anywhere between 50 mins to 1 hour from Ghaziabad to Greater Noida. The shortest distance is 32kms if you take the main road. There are many people who regularly pool along in cars for their daily commute. You can travel if you are comfortable with the time and distance.

I purchased a resale apartment house in Chennai and registration also completed but to change the name of the owner in the property tax municipality is asking to attach the under sewage connection deposit receipt but the ex owners saying approach association. Association is interested in collecting the corporate fund instead of proving the under sewage connection deposit receipt but we informed association to provide the receipt to pay the corporate fund. pl. suggest the right way to resolve the issue
My replies to this discussion
If the association is denying you the sewage connection receipt, then you will have to contact the Senior Accounts Officer of that particular area in Chennai regarding this matter. You will have to sort this out with the Chennai Metro water department (CMWSSB) as well as the unresponsive apartment association as well as the ex owners. You have to catch hold of an ace builder for that superman job who can provide you with a dedicated and professional work force to complete the work on time.
You can also choose alternatives for the construction materials, which require less time to build. For example, you can use wood floor rather than granite or marble slabs for some portion of your home. This helps you speed up the construction pace phenomenally as no overhead is required for cementing and polishing works.

Q:
Hi, I am looking out for applying for Home Loan. But I am not aware of the rules and regulation and the procedure to be followed while applying for home loan. Please help me with the guidelines
My replies to this discussion
Before applying for a home loan, you will have to submit all the necessary documents and fill out all the required forms to the bank that is offering you the loan. The general rule is that government banks have some stringent eligibility criteria such as minimum monthly salary, and also your present property info that you possess. Private banks are known to waive off these criteria although, there are some banks who follow. You may have to pay the loan processing fee which is usually 0.5 to 1% of the total loan amount. This charge is for verifying all the documents, estimating the value of your present properties and other personal information of yours.Probably the most important stuff to consider while applying for a home loan is the interest rates and the Tenure. If you choose Floating rate, you will have to pay the EMI based on the current market value. So, if the rates are high, you end up paying more than the usual amount. Here, the loan tenure will also increase proportionately.

Please let me know about this policies and the major difference between them

Named Perils insurance includes the specific events during which the insurance is applicable. For example, you can get insured if there is a frequent occurrence of natural or accidental disasters such as fire or Earthquakes that your property is prone to, provided these events are specified in the insurance policy.
Where as in All Risk Policy, the insurance can be claimed on the property on all the unexpected events of disasters, except those specifically mentioned in the policy. Accidents happen in the most unexpected ways and forms, so this type of policy is best suited for uncertain occurrence of events.

investing in luxury property for maximum profit..
My replies to this discussion
My answer is Hell yes! But don’t just go by the brand name; check out its location and quality of building prior to investing. Premium Customers won’t hesitate to buy a luxury living space as they tend to have immediate requirements in most of the cases. My answer is Hell yes! It is always wise to check the past record of previous projects (if any) completed by those builders, since inaugurating the project is just one side of the story. People are anxious to know the completion time.It is always wise to check the past record of previous projects (if any) completed by those builders, since inaugurating the project is just one side of the story.
