Please provide the inputs on GR Sagar Nivas Project at Hosa Road by GR construction? It is G+11 project.Is it wise decision to buy flat in this project?
I am planning to book a flat in GR Sagar Nivas, reason being it is Located on the main road, public transport (sharing auto) available for both the sides i.e. sarjapur road as well as electronic city, rates are also lesser than compared to keerthi and SJR, builder seems to be comparative to SJR (I have seen their GR Shree Nivas project in singasandra), moreover its equidistant for Infosys (ele. city) and Wipro (sarjapur road), and it is very near to a market place for day to day needs. I have also heard that a Metro station is planned in Hosa Road. This were the points which attracted me towards this project. Whats your thoughts. Thanks

My comments to replies
One advantage of the project is that it is on the main road. It is a G+11 project but they have increased the price by Rs 300 now.
Another advantage is, it is centrally located between sarjapur road and hosur road, so easy access to wipro (sarjapur road) and infy (electronic city).

As fas as I know about the builders they very much concentrate on the quality they are providing, they try to deliver their projects on time. I heard that the builder is very much customer centric and they provide excellent livelihood. One of my friend's have bought a flat in GR Shree Nivas which is located 15 Kms from MG Road, 6 Kms from Silk Board & 3 Kms before Electronic City. More over the project is approved by BDA, BESCOM, BWSSB, Airport Authority of India. If you are planning to buy or invest in the project then first you visit the site, talk with the builder and then take a decision.

Hi Please let me know whether I should go with Keerthi Royal Palms or SJR Fiesta or GR Sagar Nivas. I am seeing that booking is quite slow in Keethi Royal Palms as compare to SJR Fiesta or even GR Sagar Nivas and I visited twice to Roal Palms but found no other prospective buyers but me unlike SJR Fiesta Site office which is one of my concern about Keethi RP. Pl help. I have budget to buy any of these 3 properties and also not in a hurry to move in as I am looking from investment point of view right now and also can live there after 2-3 years or so. pl let me know from the authenticity and approvals point of view too about all 3 projects.
