Yes they have got the CC till 6th floor , the registration is next year (Jan End / Feb) for sure.. Work has commenced from C Wing .. A & B would also commence shortly.. But he assured the work would commence in full swing with added machines and manpower... Well post the agreement the property can be sold .. by giving a transfer cost to the developer.... @ Yes JMK we better organise ourselves.
@ JK the allotment letter has been issused during the initial down payment
@ Uttkarsh they have added an additional podium due to which we go higher one floor for the floor we have booked, I had booked on the 8th floor and now the Intimation letter recd for service tax was for 9th floor.
All they are discussing during my last visit to their office was about the agreement which would happen in July which looks bleak.
Lets all keep updating this thread with our visits or communication with HDIL if anyone of us receive.

Checked at their office , there was a dispute between contractor and the laborers , they say the work would commence by 25th November and agreements are getting ready with their legal team , registration should commence in December.
