Hi VS, We visited the site on a saturday and then on a weekday, hardly any traffic on the NH207 and was a fairly smooth surface too,the road from Chikka Tirupathi to Grihasta however needs to be improved although only about 4 kms. Having lived in New Delhi and London, i would not consider 25kms to ITPL very far if the roads are good(i cycle 20kms each way to work, would'nt do that here though!) I thought The Empyrean was a value for money project, 3bed entry level villa at 76lacs till i found Grihasta.Even if the shuttle service proposed by Artha does not pan out, can residents not form car pools to whitefield and electronic city?
