Development of Phase 2
Q: I recently visited PCParadise site, there was some cleaning work undertaken by builders on the park and other amenities, although Main road going through the village is still under construction, Phase 2 work like road, drainage and site formation is in full swing the phase 2 comprises of nearly 300plots majority being 30x40 sites, I feel this is a good development as they have to show some development in terms of clubhouse and other facilities which has remained on papers.

Is this project safe for construction?
Q: Hi, I am planning to Construct home here, as even in phase 1 no Construction done, can anybody join with us or please provide your opinion? Will this fit for investment?
