Q: What is the current price of 3BHK 1700 sq. ft. ground floor at 360 sq. yards plot in Vipul Floors at Sec 48 Gurgaon.

Hi Rajinder, current price for a 3 BHK (1700 sqft) in 360 sq yds plot is approx Rs 69 lakhs including external/internal development charges (EDC/IDC)

Recently company has advertised rate of Rs4545/- per sq ft (all inclusive) including car parking, back up, IFMS, EDC/IDC etc. Is it fact or there are other hidden charges. Hi all, i have enquired a lot about the project and found that the minimum cost is here 58 lakh for 2BHK all inclusive. Structure is ready, furnishing work is going on. Here Payment plan is really attractive in terms of Investment 20% i have to pay in 30 Days rest after 1 year at the time of possession. I think it would be great investnment. This location is very close to EDM mall, hardly 200mtr.
