Builders office contacted us to inform the first two towers possession will commence from Nov.

The Wig Brother web-site now indicates completion date at March 2013 and the present market rate for first two towers is 6000/ Ft2 for which we have ppty dealers aggressively looking for customers.
The land-bank, right opposite Ardee Mall now has bill-boards indicating "site reserved for Appu-Ghar" (Theme-Park). This gives a huge upside potential of another 20% to the price due to a theme park right across the road.
Hold on-to your flats, this is a potential gold mine which after possession will give you at-least 10,000/ Ft2

We contacted the builder who now advise the possession of flats will start from March 2013 starting with tower B-3, this will be followed by one tower each quarter. Hi, I have a Flat in B-1 Tower, does anyone know about the approximate date by which Possession in this Tower could start?? Kindly help and also can anyone please share the Link as to how to join the Palm Grove Owners Association ?
