Skyline Builders are not bad , but i wanted to know from past owners of Skyline properties about their construcation status, how legal are they with their approvals , b'coz m seriuosly thinking of investing as this falls within my budget, and was very surprised by their aggrement when they agreed for what ever rates i quoted. Hence this is making me even more suspiciuos , why are they so desparate to sell this property ( Skyline Waterfront)at the rate i asked for.
