Never buy anything from DSR people. Really unprofessional. Just minting money out of the customers. unlimited delays, no proper communication. They simply change the plans and add more flats without telling the customer. i have booked flat in DSR eden greens, facing so many issues with this builder. These people dont take any responsibility, my kitchen sink got damaged at the site no one is taking any responsibility, their simple answer is "WE dont know". They have increased SBA of the flats saying that the architect made a mistake and asking for extra money. No compensation of the delay in the possession, this has been delayed by more than a year.
