Quality of the construction is not a problem and the flats in the HM world city are well thought out They are spacious, airy and well designed. Only thing that I heard is that there are some disgruntled residents who have been fighting the builder and even the builder is also frustrated with this. Otherwise a very good project(atleast I liked it) with close proximity to everything like markets and the upcoming metro yet calm and peaceful.
