Q: I have seen the one their flat at hsr trinity. I am interested. Can anyone say abt the govt approval of this apartment? And is that approval mandatory? Also I need feed back..

BBMP not issuing Occupancy Certificate.
Q: It was told to me by the builder that since BBMP has taken over the files from BDA they will not issue any Occupancy Certificate to the builder. Any reason?
