Has VGN builders have all the required approvals from the authorities
Q: Dear all, Greetings, I have recently booked a double bedroom apt. in VGNKRONA (Gerugambakkam) , Now iam hearing that the place might be one of the affected areas in Chennai airport expansion, can any one throw light on this issue, Has VGN builders have all the required approvals from the authorities. pls advise doubt regarding the airport expansion , is VGN krona falling under the areas ear marked for chennai airport aquisition for airport expansion. pls clearify.

What if they drop the Sriperumpudur plan and takeover the entire region?
Q: Govt (Airport expansion) may take over in future right? so the risk of losing ur entire money (apart from the UDS of the land) How could any one risk their lifetime saving in such a project. do comment. thanks
