I have just taken possession of my flat at Shobha Chrysanthemum I would like to elicit information from you whether I should instal R. O . Kent or Aqua guard. Any useful information on water analysis will be appreciated.I was informed by the builder that ground water is potable. Now I have to decide about installation of equipments to further refine to my reqt.

Hi, maintenance amount flat A-103 for period July thru December have been transferred to SPL scintilla account today but i am unable to update the details in common floor portal as i am not finding the page to update it. I have been doing it before but this time i do not the page where i can update it.Money was transferred by my sister Latha Aravindakshan. A 2 2091 Sobha Chrysanthemum, Thanisandra road, Bengaluru 560077 . Being the owner of the above apartment I am keen to make property tax from my account regularly, provided I get PIN (property tax index number) from BBMP.
Hi.. as far as I know yet the information is not announced by govt. I hope it may take some more time for this plan to be executed..
Thanks a lot for the prompt assistance, I shall await for BBMP announcement in future. Usually they will allot a PIN when they receive payment of property tax.
