Q: Hi, i am planning to book a flat in Myhna new project @ varthur. Can anyone who has booked flat in myhna mandevill @ kundanhalli date give me feedback about this builder & current project. I won't recommend it.
We are negotiating a flat which is ready to move in a month+ time. Legal opinion seems fine.. This Project is ON TIME.. Two of my colleagues are part of the owner forum and they recommended this project. In fact, we were told the builder had acquired more land area to accommodate STP, Amenities etc.. Overall this looks like a safe bet... Having said this, could you please share your concerns??
