Major Concern from a potential buyer
Q: I was shocked to read the reviews about DS Max - A project I was about to invest in. After reading the reviews, I look forward to your comments and reaction to these reviews. Without your justification, I would not be able to invest in yoru project and would be forced to look out for other projects even if the cost of the project is high. Hi, I am also interested to buy a flat in bolck B, can anyone let me know if their paper works are fine? Hi Nair, Can you please give more details on this. I spoke to builder on several occation and he told me the amenities will be provided once block B is completed. I am staying there for more than 6 months in 2nd floor of block A.Initally there was some problem of power back up, water etc.. but for last 5 months didn face issue on those.Yes , the lift is of bad quality and sometimes gets stuck.
