Delay in construction
Q: I have booked an apartment with Mantri and recently i got to know that possession has been delayed by an year which is very huge. The reasoning behind the delay is really absurd. I really wonder whats going on. Unfortunately i am not in India to find out. I hope there Mantri's are being transparent enough and there no big other hidden surprise. I have kind of lost faith in Mantri. This has really raised questions/doubts on Mantri and their ability to complete project on time.

Latest Answer: Mr Trivikram (on behalf of builder) have supported well but what is ur reply on 12months delay and compensation which was promised by u at the time of booking.
