Hi, I reside there, (changing the name as they harass individuals who ever ask for repair or complain about the work). Buying an apartment there is the biggest mistake I done in my life. The life there is like we are staying in the builder's or managers house by their favor. I am not exaggerating the things. If you are planning to buy an apartment here, come and ask at least 5 residents. They will tell you their sad story. Go around the corridors in all floors, it seems that painting is done!!! But be careful with the kids, they may fall through the handrails. Just peep down through ANY open space, you will vomit. Initial plan was approved by BDA and now there are serious deviation. The manager knows only to talk GALI… he treats residents as workers and even shout dirtiest gaali on ladies. He was questioned for such an act by whitefield police station…Hi, I reside there, (changing the name as they harass individuals who ever ask for repair or complain about the work). @ Niraj and Seena, if you people are facing so much of problem why dont you people go to the consumer court and lodge complain against the KMF builders.
We have met advocate, but are scared of proceedings as we are out of state people and are in to software profession. Is worried about the time availability etc. Might be that is the reason why they are playing with us :(
