Is Saket Callipolis an approved project? What would be the best price for per sq ft? Specifications looks good but not sure how the quality of construction is.
I heard that the builder is known for its innovative, creativity ideas and the company is also certified for offering quality work. The builder is providing good specification and modern amenities. The price range depends on how many bhk you want.
I have not seen anywhere in their website written it is approved but then I got to know that only Ground floor is approved. Surprised how they are selling flats with ground floor approval. No presence in Bangalore before cant risk the investment. you may not get the occupancy certificate. If anyone has updated information please let me know.

Friends, project is not fully approved!!! With 3 floors approval from BBMP they selling rest 11 floors. If you have any news please share for all the investors.
Hello Sunil, How come you know that the rest of the floors are not approved? Any ways thanks for the information.
From the docs. They are telling it's a common practice among the builders but that's not true. They claim Saket is big n huge then why they don't get approval for all floors. Big builders like Shoba, mantra, prestige, vaswani I have not seen like this. Additional info is appreciated.
