Q: HI, I am planning to book a flat in Charitha Green Woods project. Any suggestion around the Charitha Green Woods project / Sri Charitha developers / their past projects will help me decide. Thanks in advance.

I am planning to buy a 2bhk resale flat in Charitha Gardens at Marathahalli bridge. In the SBI website this is listed as approved for loan. But residents say that it is B katha. I am confused. How SBI has approved it? How much is the deviation there? is there any water issue? Is there any litigation? Is it worth buying? please provide your feedback on this project ASAP?
Hi Anusha, Did you buy the apartment in Sri Charita Gardens?Is there any issue with approvals? I am planning to buy one there, and would be great to hear from you.
