Q: I'd like to know if units are available for sale in Aarya Orchid project. If so, what is the price breakup, and other details

Aarya Orchid offers 1bhk, 2bhk and 3bhk apartments with all the modern amenities. The price of the flat ranges from Rs 26lakhs to Rs 45lakhs.

Sales Agreement
Q: Hello, my lawyer has made a few changes in Draft Sales Agreement prepared by builder. Builder is insisting that no customization of Sales Agreement. I am in a fix... Advise please...

Hi Vinod, The lawyer have no rights to do any changes in the Sales Agreement.

hi Vinod, The lawyer is trying to protect your rights. If the builder not agreeing for your opinion , you better walk out, or you will be putting your head to troubles. --A sufferer who is in trouble by signing of builders one sided agreements.
