Delay in possession.
Q: I have booked a flat in HDIL Metropolis Andheri West. The builders promised me to deliver the flat in December 2011. Why there is a delay in possession?

Dear Ms. Payal I am also owner in HIL metrolpolis, i think we all owners should form a group so we can address all our problems in a group. I am not very sure how to reach the other members, but if you reply to my post then i will send you my email and i think we all should join hands and address our issues
