Try Narendrapur or Sonarpur or Kamalgazi. If you want to stay close to south city and all, try rentals. Kolkata real estate market is on fire. Q: I want to buy a resale flat in Garia. Is there any legal provision for the owner to fix a price? Can I get a loan for my purchase?

UDS is Un Divided Share. Cost of building per sqft multiplied with Number of sqft allotted in UDS.
