I don’t think it’s difficult to get a medium size apartment with a lower cost in south kolkata. Q: I want to buy a resale flat in Garia. Is there any legal provision for the owner to fix a price? Can I get a loan for my purchase?

Mind you,,,, registration fee is not given to the house seller or previous owner. It is paid to the area registrar’s office in municipality or Municipal Corporation.
