Maintenance Fee
Q: Hey Guys, I am interested in a 30*40 plot at ozone. Everything went well until I was told that I need to pay a maintenance fee every month for the plot 1 month after its been purchased. I find this ridiculous since there is nothing built there yet or the project has not even been completed. This one issue has been putting me off. Like many, this is an investment idea and I don't intend to build anything there as yet. The way I see it it needs a good 5-6 years before everything on paper can be seen in concrete. Has anybody else picked up a plot here? if yes, are you all paying the maintenance fee? Any feedback is much appreciated.

Hi Anand we are also in the process of buying a plot at urbana and were told to pay maintainance of re 1 / sqft from april onwards. I have not made any decision yet as we are in the legal document verification stage. Have you already bought a plot ?
