Has anyone got the agreement done for their flat booked?
Q: I heard there is an legal issue with this project and they collecting the cheque in favor of Parianda build construction and not on ERA build. I heard AXIS bank has stopped their payment citing this concern. Can someone clarify on this issue?

Latest Answer: Hey Shankar, you can talk with the builder about the issue. The builder is going to clarify the issue or he himself can appeal to the bank because at the end of the day he wants his property to be sold out.
