Has anyone got the agreement done for their flat booked?
Q: I heard there is an legal issue with this project and they collecting the cheque in favor of Parianda build construction and not on ERA build. I heard AXIS bank has stopped their payment citing this concern. Can someone clarify on this issue?

Hi Suneet the problem is with the name they are executing the agreement and what the money on Pariyandi build con which is 100% owned by era group As this project is done my the Era group and not by parinda buildcon the bank wants the Era group name to be mentioned on the agreement or to provide GPA. from parinda buildcon.
