Q: Bought flat in Garnet - Key handover date ? Supposed to be in April 11.Now, probably by June 12. Any idea about the handover date - builders are not very sure about the target date?

Hi, Builder has completed tiles work in all floors as of end dec'11. But plumbing is yet to start and delayed due to skilled labour availability issue.
