Planning to buy a flat in VBHC Vaibhava.
Q: I am also planning to buy a flat in VBHC Vaibhava if all basic amenities are in place like water,electricity,sewage system etc.

Hi,I am planning to book a flat in this apartment but think that the following cost items are too high.
Q: 1. VAT and ST - Much higher than other builders2. Maintenance charges - Charged at Rs 3/sqft with hardly any amenities where as big buildings with almost all amenities charge a max of Rs 2/sqft.Any comments?Thanks
