If this project is not NA then will not get home loan from any reputed or nationalise bank (HDFC, LIC, ICICI, Bank of india) bank do all those verification.... any ways i will try from side also .... but if there are is any problem bank will not allow for laon... Hi Dhananjay, Thanks for replying.I am also suppose to book 2bhk flat over there.seems location is fine.Yes you are correct that is 8th floor building there are total 3 wings A B and C where in A wing all 2 bhk flats are there but I could not find any information about this in any website , till now they did not put their info in Vardhamandeveloper.com..Can you tell me how is this builders? I believe there have already completed their projects like vardhaman hierghts,dhruv,bhumi etc..let me know your no so that I can discuss with you since you hav already booked flat there..
@Lalit, I believe that project you are talking about is different.This project is in Thergaon Pune area.
i have visited vardhaman boomi and dhruv and these two projects are good and about builder in terms of settelment/deal i heard he is quite good

@Ajit and Dhananjay, even I also went through the builder site and they it was mentioned as Vardhaman Vatika is a 14 storey tower. Even I check in Commonfloor it is the same project, for further details you an check the link by Clicking Here.
