I am staying in Esperanza now and currently we see a different face of the builder. 1. They are changing their stands: Earlier they agreed on the creation of an association. When we started the process (submitted all docs ), they didn't take any initiative to continue. In th recent communication they changed their stand and stop responding to us. 2. The entire maintenance is done by a third party agency called Zebrano. Recently they send a communication about arrears payments + increase in the maintainace. When all the residents questioned, they didn't get back to us. So many escalations done, but no response. 3. there are concerns about the quality of work done by Zebrano, but we don't have any support from builder to rectify it as they simply don't respond.
