One more clarification: I came to understand that there is a 4 BHK flat available for resale in Dosho Symphony. It has 1995 sqft built up area. I want your opinion as to, 1) whether I can go ahead in purchasing the flat? 2) Whether I will get good rental value? 3) How about the issue of garbage dump yard near to it?
