Hello, Even we have booked flat in shantiniketan Phase-II. Earlier date has mentioned Dec2012. Now these guys are saying it will take more that 1.5 yrs. hello guys...I am sachin and facing the same problem of delayed construction and then aksing for more money.When i bought the flat I was told that the escalation in price will be borne by the promoter, but now we are being told to pay extra which i think is not correct. So we should all come together and protest the decision, because the delay is not due to us and is their problem. Instead i am of the opinion that they should be paying us for the delayed handing over of the flat. Once again I request you all come together as our unity will be our strength in this case, alone we stand no where.
