LVS ELITE, KR Puram.
Q: I am looking to buy an apartment in LVS Elite K R Puram, builder is quoting 2600 Rs.Can any one sugest about the price and locality.

Hello, LVS builders is one of the reputed builder and they believes in customer satisfaction and ever they deliver the project on time and they are very much transparent. They are offering 2 bhks and 3 bhks with modern amenities like gymnasium, club house etc.

Greendale Phase II Commencement Certificate
Q: Hello, I just booked a flat in Greendale Phase II, and while going through the documents found that the Commencement Certificate is partial...has anybody faced any problems with this? Also, Does anybody know whether the residents in Greendale Phase I have got their Occupancy certificates yet?
