Why banks like Axis, ICICI etc. which have more stringent document checking policy approving this project? Is there any problem(illegal to some extent) with the project? Buy Resale Property
Q: I am interested in buying a resale property in Bangalore which is still under construction and the seller is selling even before the sale agreement is done. The sale agreement is to be done during possession which is still 6 months away. The seller has taken loan for this property. What all things I need to take care of in this deal?
