Any comments on Sterling Villa Grande.
Q: Any opinions on this project ? Is the project legally clean? What do you guys think about the price?

We just pulled out. Just found that sterling owns 60 acrs behind this property which will have the current project as the accesss- right side road. 2.8cr for 3 bedrooms is steep. Options in the area are good now and cheaper. Non commital on handing over the common ameneties, which one is largely paying for. We just pulled out. HI...we just booked a c type a few days back. The rates are high, but I guess the quality shold pay off the premium charged.
