Legal approval for Mahaveer Tranquil
Q: Does any one has idea whether this project will have OC/Khata A. I went to site and asked for few legal doc, the approval was till 7 floor and builder is making 11 floors, pls advise and if you are investing there pls check all legal titles


Is the property 'Khata A' in SRK SC, also whts the per sqft rate and what is the guidance value in this area.
Q: Pls tell what all approvals are there, is property legally clear

Latest Answer: The rate per sqft going on is Rs 4200 and it has got approvals from BBMP. Not sure about A Khata though.. The guidance value in Whitefield is in between Rs 2750 to Rs 4000.
