Is the property 'Khata A' in SRK SC, also whts the per sqft rate and what is the guidance value in this area.
Q: Pls tell what all approvals are there, is property legally clear

My comments to replies
The rate per sqft going on is Rs 4200 and it has got approvals from BBMP. Not sure about A Khata though.. The guidance value in Whitefield is in between Rs 2750 to Rs 4000.
Thanks Sree, my question was about ARK SereneCounty( it was typo by me SRK SC instead of ARK SC). If any details on Khata A or OC can be provide by you or by your neighbors who are already residing there on this matter then that would b great. Also pls let me know your views on buying 2bhk at ARK SC
