I want to know about this project.
Q: Any one booked flat in VijayaSri Elixir. Is there any pro and cons of the project? Legal clearance? Any feedback about the builder?

Hi All, I have booked a flat in Vijayasri Elixir - Lily - Ground Flr. I have contacted 3 of the other buyers - and they have all given positive feedback regarding this builder / construction. They have got the documents checked by the lawyers - and they say its all fine. Meanwhile - the slight thing that was at the back of the poeple's mind was the fact that people who had booked this project in Dec 2011 - got a possession date of Dec/ Jan 2013 - whereas when i booked it they have committed MArch 2013. The Builders have a penalty clause incorporated - and all of it seemed to be in place. Otherwise the project - and the people seemed very transparent about eveything going on.....
Hi Arjun, can i know when you booked and how uch was the price then, i am planning to book in next week. Any advice on how to proceed will help. Thanks
