Any review or feedback on Sri Mitra Builders and Developers?
Q: They don't have their own website. Which other projects have they completed ? Were they done on time or delayed ? How was the quality of construction and materials used in interiors like doors, tiles, bathroom fittings etc ? Has anybody booked and legally verified the paperwork for Spring Valley project ?

Latest Answer: Sri Mitra Spring Valley is not at all up to the mark. Elevators are so poor quality that the association has put a rule that no heavy luggage or things allowed in lift. What's the use of such a lift? It is not allowed when needed the most. Similarly poor quality work done in water supply etc. Very frequently there is no water in toilets and you have to run behind the plumbers. Association people are not friendly too. No visitor vehicle allowed inside even if you have elderly people or luggage.
