Q: Hi, I have booked a flat in Alpine VIVA (603 Tagus). I have a doubt on the specification. The builder has mentioned the Flat type as N in all the layout plans but the sharing agreement (between owner and developer) says the flat type is N1. I have checked the layout of both type in the same block and found those to be exactly same. I am confused is there any difference in both flats and is there any legal difference in N and N1 type? I think flat 703 is also N1 type as somebody bought 703 in Tagus block? Need to understand this, please help. -- Rajeev

Hello All, I am planning to get an apartement in Alpine Viva. I came to know that this is a delayed project, it has started in 2007. Can you please let me know the reason of delay? Is it ok to purchase a flat here? Will I be risking my hard earned money by doing so? Please reply.Hello All, I am planning to get an apartement in Alpine Viva.
