Hi Everybody, I have already done advance booking for a plot through North East Properties near Chikkaballapur, Shidlaghatta & Jangamakote- Hoskote Highway. They didn't agree to give me the document until I pay 1 Lakh amount. So I would like to know if anyone has experience with this Property and please let me know if there is any Legal Issues.? They told me that its a DTCP approved project and lots of IT Industries, SEZ and infosys campus is expected to come in few years. Not sure to what extend its true. Anyone who is familiar with this Place/Property, please give us some information on its value and development.
