I want to know how is the builder as for the first time when I spoke he was little arrogant and not willing to negotiate. I saw the quality of the Wing 'C' flat which are average. There are lot of cracks under the pilar's in each rooms. This shows the curing was not done properly. After two years all water in the walls will dry out and the cracks will open up. Also the carpet area vs build up area is coming at 72% which is less as compare to other builders which is around 75%.
