Q: Hi, In vivarta magan, they say that there are no overhead tanks and instead they use pressure pumps to pump water to the taps directly from the ground floor storage. How good/bad is that? I am hearing this concept for the first time. Any views?

These are pnumatic pressure pumps and pumps water from the ground storage. The pressure will be good and maintained all the times even at top most floors unlike gravity pressure which is from the overhead tanks where the pressure will be less in the top floors than the ground floor apartmentsThese are pnumatic pressure pumps and pumps water from the ground storage. Q: In the apartment I intend to buy, there is 2 staircases shown in the building sanction drawing but in actual there is only one stairs - Is this a violation? and what is the effect due to this in future?

Hello Shanavas, First try to talk with the builder and clarify the matter and let us know what the builder said about it.
Builder said they can modify anything inside the building like walls, stairs, balconies leaving the structure of the building. Infact in approval there is no balcony in Ground floor ( about stilt) but in actual there is a balcony constructed and this is the apartment which i am looking for - Not sure this is correct as per norms
