hello guys...I am sachin and facing the same problem of delayed construction and then aksing for more money.When i bought the flat I was told that the escalation in price will be borne by the promoter, but now we are being told to pay extra which i think is not correct. So we should all come together and protest the decision, because the delay is not due to us and is their problem. Instead i am of the opinion that they should be paying us for the delayed handing over of the flat.
