Q: I would earnestly appeal to all 1140 flat owners/residents that kindly compare the achievements, welfare, smooth functioning of township administration during the period 28-Feb-2010 vs 21-July-2011 and approach all ex-association members and like-minded persons. Repent deeply on current situation n urge not to allow to deteriorate current scenario further for the sake of selfishness, ego n jealousy, at the cost of welfare of all 1140 flat owners. Focus on: If parents cannot take care of their children, it will affect respective family. If a teacher/lecturer is not capable of handling their students, it will affect their life personally n professionally and to the society. But, if Leader-cum-Manager is not the right/talented/professional person, it affects all the 1140 owners/residents to the maximum extent possible. All like-minded, talented, professionals to come on one platform n move this association forward efficiently n effectively. We do not have rapport with corporation to get our things done in an amicable manner. Retired persons/Senior citizens with their experience can guide n help the professionals, knowledge people, talented n like minded persons, for smooth functioning of association n to solve the problems n avoid disturbances, if any.

Q: Agreement was done with a hope of having shelter and put stop to rent burden. Finally after paying 95% of flat cost they said possession would be delayed by 12 months. customer is overburdened with an EMI as well as with a huge rents. There is no any proper response from builder side about compensation. Is builder ready for registration of our flats? Is any one got it done? Kindly advice.

Shree, I feel you can also fight for your rights.. File a case against builder and see what could be done. May be when the builder can charge at 18% you can also take a good sum.. Q: PLease take feedback of Bhagtani developer from nearby buildings that they constructed before buying. Very poor appraoch road maintenance, constant delays in the project. All residents around this buildings are really angry with this developer. No street lighting is causing trouble to local residents and is unsafe. Open Sewage and open garbage around is really painful. Mind you that builder owns road in this area and not yet handed over to BMC so BMC is not to be blamed.. Open sweage, open garabage area. BUilding might be nice in photograph but Bhagtani's finance is not good. Building has been stalled for months. The road near this building is horrible and everyday traffic jams with honking is a reality. It will make your residence very noisy. The buiilder is least interested in clenaing up this area or mending tthe roads. His track record with other 8 building near this building is very poor. PLease be careful. - A local resident. This is the reality please try walking from SM Shetty school to this building and you will realize. Mind you that builder owns road in this area and not yet handed over to BMC so BMC is not to be blamed. So if builder blames on BMC, please don't agree.
