This construction is delayed a lot. If you call their sales person, they do not provide correct information on this matter neither reply to your mail. They have issue with their CC from CIDCO which we understood that delayed because of requirement of additional staircase for emergency exit. This may change the complete floor plan which builder does not want to change. They have obtained clearance from Civil Defense and CIDCO approval is awaited.
