He havent even provided the basic ameneties of good roads, safe play area for kids, some park benches some greenery, proper road lighting, compound walls, good gates and security posts. Seems the builder is so greedy that he wants the money out of others pockets.... The employees are seen sleeping in various places in the compound and not even one is an experienced mestiry.
