Q: ANSAL API has launched Golf City in Lucknow with Paradise diamond and all of us who bought flats in the schme are being cheated by ansals.After paradise diamond many schemes were launched by them and they have started construction of the same much earlier,but i dont know that why they are not initiating construction of Paradise Diamond.Every time you ask their local office in Lucknow and you get a answer that in next 3 months it will start.More then one and half year is passed but still no construction has started.In contract they have mentioned that flats will be delivered in 36 months,but going by this pace i dont think that we can get the flats even in 60 months.I need a clearification from them about this pathetis status of thier flag ship launch of paradise diamond in lucknow.

i m also booked a flat in paradise diamond poket 1. I met with the authority at ansal office at lucknow about delay in construction. They told me that there is a dispute on its land. They are not able to get possession of that land, now they are changing the plan, they told that they have got permossion to double the stories of pocket 2 and will shift the pocket 1 in pocket 2 after taking concent from the individuals. dear frndz it is good news that work has been started, but our fight on the following points is yet to begin - 1. Price of pd 1 & 2 are stucked at 2800 psqft for a long time due to company delay wheras the prize of neighbour apartments almost have been 2.5 times 2. What about prefrential location charges PLC @ 2-3%, Does they provide us the same PLC on 3. What about promise of atleast one car parking space. 4. What about 78% open greenery 5. how ansals can ask for a penelty on refund, whweas it is clearly mentioned in deed that if compnay could not provide the flat in due time for some reason at their end then amount will be refunded with 10% simple interest. They are trying to make us threatned by such type of unresponsible answers. Now at this point of time only option available with us is to collect list of allottees of pd1 & pd2 form a committee and file a case in consumer court/court for allottment of another site/flat and monthly rentle after three years of booking dt till possession of unit OR atleast refund of our money @ present rateshow ansals can ask for a penelty on refund, whweas it is clearly mentioned in deed that if compnay could not provide the flat in due time for some reason at their end then amount will be refunded with 10% simple interest. My comments to replies
Pradeep, my dad (himself a consumer forum lawyer in sultanpur) has already spoken to a lawyer from lucknow and my case if under preparation to get it filed. I tried initially to get people on board but that never worked out until now. But, as I mentioned in earlier post that lawyer said that it would be great to file a joint case which will have greater impact when presented in consumer court, I think we should join hands. I also spoke little about the legal expenses which as you may be knowing are very minimal in consumer courts and lawyers. As far as approaching Ansals, me and my dad had visited them enough and after sending few notices they sent me a letter that I have a due of 2.37 lakhs without any explanation (sent a letter for get it explained) which can never be as I paid my all 4 initial installments, never got any demand note so had to close my home loan pre-maturely. Same would happen to you guys if you try to pressurize them in office. Court is the only options now.
dear friends i have a suggestion for us that we should ask the list of allottees of pd1 & pd2 by RTI, get them contacted on their addresses, get all informations, make a committee, & first file case in consumer court
