Hello, I was interested in the property Sadagopan Enclave, by Aandavar Home Creators because of the open area found there and the icy commitments of the builder. I was initially looking in Phase I. But I couldn't find a professional approach by the builder. There was around 10 families living in Phase I they it seemed like they were living in free appartments from govt. When Phase II started, I revisited and its the same pathetic condition. Its a pity that the builder is not worried about completing the Phase I atleast decently and demonstrate his ability and vision on the project. I feel that he is making enough money out of others pocket.
